Because our products are 100 % digital downloads, there is no physical shipping involved. Please review the details below to understand how and when you will receive your purchase.
1. Digital Delivery
All items listed on fitflowplanners.com are instant digital downloads (PDF files).
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will automatically receive:

An order confirmation email, and

A download link to access your planner immediately.
If you do not see the email, please check your Spam/Promotions folder or contact us at support@fitflowplanners.com.
2. Delivery Time
Your download link is delivered instantly after purchase.
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 10 minutes due to payment-gateway verification or email delays.
3. No Physical Shipping
We do not ship any physical items.
You will not receive printed materials, notebooks, or planners by mail.
All products are provided digitally in downloadable PDF format.
4. Download Access
You can download your planner:

Directly from the order confirmation page, or

From the download link sent to your registered email address.
Please save your files safely for future use — download links may expire after a limited number of uses for security reasons.
5. Wrong Email or Download Issue
If you entered an incorrect email address or are unable to access your files, email us at support@fitflowplanners.com with your order details.
We’ll re-send your files manually within 24 hours.
6. International Availability
Since all our products are digital, we offer worldwide instant delivery — no customs, shipping charges, or waiting times apply.
7. Updates and Re-Downloads
If we release updated versions of the planner, customers who purchased earlier may receive an email with a complimentary update link (when applicable).
